In my mind a small cap such as this would be a buy now and ignore the SP for 5 years, I dont understand getting overly frustrated at this early stage in a project, as long as those boxes you've mentioned are quietly getting ticked off behind the scenes... horses for courses I guess.
Pretty sure I'll be joining you on the LTH's list before long.
