volatility has dropped to its lowest levels since October 2022...the longer the volatility remains low the bigger the sp move once volatility starts to expand again...in October the volatility remained extremely low for six weeks before the breakout...we're currently in the first week of extremely low volatility, so based on October, we can expect a large move within the next two to four weeks...RSI is neutral so it's really a 50/50 which direction the breakout will go at this point...
