Build it and they will come as they say in the movie, share price is irrelevant at the moment, Transparency on the timeline, will see the share price move, a timeline on the DFS, will see the share price move, once DFS put out there so funding negotiations can commence, will see the share price.
At the moment everyone is waiting for share price growth, there is no catalyst for share price growth, and there will be no share price growth until management decides to get serious.
Don't get wrapped up in the conspiracy theories that there are people trying to keep price down, I am more concerned why management is so reluctant to issue a timeline.
