Aa far iam concerned the culture of any organisation needs to be set and measured, as far as I can see this organisation can not keep it's self accountable by a measurable timeline.

I like the words "measurable timeline" scared bear. Yes, I jumped into this stock back in 2008 and was a holder when they acquired razorback in 2009. And here we are 14 years later.
