I highly doubt they are looking for a takeover. They have repeatedly stated the JV targets and aim to retain majority ownership including as recently as last week. Highly doubt they would go back on this so soon after publicly stating it.
He may not have answered water questions as we are due for the water announcements over the next few weeks and everything else regarding water is in the announcements.
