please do elaborate, surely a poor attempt at creating confusion is not the extent to your analysis.

If you would like to discuss MC and SOI, let's take a look at FMG, a company in which utilises a similar approach to mining that we are adopting.

FMG as of close Friday had a MC of approx 52.2bil with approx 3.08bil SOI, equalling a share price of $16.95c

Now we have MGT with a MC of approx 40mil with approx 2.8bil SOI, equalling a share price of 0.014c

Now obviously FMG creates billions of dollars and we are a start up in the making...... But it gives an indication as to what this business model can achieve.

Now considering the future SP speculated on these threads of 5-10c range, which would equate to a 140mil-280mil market cap at these current SOI (which is not that much considering fundamentals IMO).

Combined with clearly accelerated timeline towards production and funded for all current stages as well as initial undertakings of future stages of said timeline.....so no need for any immediate future dilution.

Im not sure what the problem is here?? But please feel free to grace us; with some more of your opinions. :S
