Here is my take, I have used some of Realinvestor1's inputs and added a few extras: distribution, royalty, admin costs.
I get a substantially higher guesstimate than @Realinvestor1, which is a bit disturbing, happy to be corrected all mistakes are mine. gla
This is a corrected version as I previously didn't have distribution, royalty and admin costs as costs per tonne. Humble apologies, I will ask for my previous post to be deleted.
