There is a possibility but a smart trader will not put out a 5 million sell order at one time to scare the buyer away (and hoping that he can sell the 5 millions share and take some profit) so I strongly believe it's someone trying to push down the share price and grab more at bargain. I might be wrong, but this is my personal point of view.
