IMHO DSO heamatite and magnetite is an apples and oranges comparison.
I can't think of a magnetite producer who's capex was measured in tens of millions. It costs a lot more to build a process plant than to build nothing, which is about what you need to get a digger to tip something into a truck!
If PFS capex comes out within 10x of the Fenix number MGT is going to the moon. Not sure about the second, but I doubt the first will happen
