Hi Mostly,
GRR are running out of easy to mine hard magnetite ore, hence their new push for underground PFS stidy at their existing site and recent partnership in WA. They are also sitting on old tech and infrastructure. Given the metrics of MGT and tech like next ore and new steel, the summization is MGT will has an edge using modern mining tech that is highly suitable to the abundance of soft easily accessed high purity magnetite ore. Something that is rather unique.
