Hey desmond. I am sure it is wave 3, the main aspect that remains to be seen is how developed this wave 3 is.
It's possible we're in the fifth, of a third, inside wave 3. That is to say that the higher degree wave 3 that you've labelled is incomplete and is currently extending.
Regardless of internal waves, just in reference to the degree you've marked there on your chart, it's definitely still wave 3.
The interesting thing is how wave 4 will manifest, it may be pretty complex.
