If it is a C&H pattern it will be confirmed if it holds above neckline (6.7c) with good support, if it breaks it pattern fails.
If it is a double top it will have to retrace to the neckline (5.8c) then break support with significant volume to confirm pattern, if it bounces off support pattern then fails and we will be looking at extended consolidation between 5.8- 7.8.
Personally I just see a pretty bullish ascending triangle with strong volume on the bottom trend line approaching a breakout point, but only time will tell
