Absolutely there r lot questioning on SOI. It is very reasonable IMO. 2.8B in total out of around 5B for soph investors and 2.2 for public offering.
Also, companies with less SOI looks attractive like 200M SOI but what they do is, start raising capital till it reached 7-8billion and then consolidation arrives. Share holders get ra...pd from both sides. We r fully funded and either fully or substantially funded for DfS. Dyor
