As per the below image, MGT have the exclusive rights to use the NextOre sorting technology for any magnetite processing applications Australia-wide and all iron ore applications in the Braemar and NSW for the next 4 years starting November 2019.
That's not to say that they won't/can't get an extension at the end of the 4 year period but it would obviously cost a fair bit of $$. IMO, It's more likely that if MGT were to get an extension, it would comprise the exclusive use in the Braemar region of SA as the technology is potentially too lucrative for NextOre to pass up on deals in WA with the likes of companies such as FMG.
