It is purely symbolic as a number, but personally I would like to close and lock the door at 6c.
If we have mini battles between 6 - 6.3, i don't care.
I'd prefer that to battles to and fro over the 5.9-6c. I think it's a psychological thing - like when the shop advertises something for $9.95 instead of just $10.
I think it plays a much bigger part than people give it credit for.
