IMO SP will react to the sentiment towards resolutions being passed or otherwise... there are 8 resolutions on the ballot...
adopting remuneration report (non binding)
re-election of directors (x2)
issue of director options (x2)
approval to issue shares
approval of additional 10% placement capacity
and ratification of new shares and options to underwriter

personally I see nothing negative here if all resolutions are passed.... but unfortunately we will most likely have to wait a little longer for the decent news expected to drive SP... happy to be wrong ofc
