Excellent concerns raised by you but just want to explain that the confidence on USD will take its time it would be a slow process. It will take years for full scale economic recovery. Sudden gain or confidence is not expected in USD, therefore gold is reasonably in safer place. However about d concern of over priced buble I would say on its way up the corrections gonna come as the prices r decreasing at the moment. I would it was excellent post from you.
