Risk v reward. A lot of people don't like buying until a project is further derisked. A positive PFS will go a long way to derisking the project.
There are others that will wait for a DFS. We are all taking a much bigger gamble at this stage but given the information we have received to date from management, it is a risk I am more than willing to take.
