low interest rates are here to stay. for namesake you might see a small incremental increase but the PPT will be in place real fast if it were to get out of hand. we have a managed market folks. I mean, it was always managed by the fed and their crony Wall Street bankers, similarly how it is here but it's more managed now than ever before. the wealth effect is in keeping equity prices inflated so people spend. but the real real issue is that inflation excludes food and gas in USA and here as well as USA it excludes property inflation. so, what does that do??????

well the measures of inflation are f**cked. so the govt reports to us that there's little inflation so they can keep rates artificially low. imagine if essentials such as housing were included? the fed would have well exceeded their inflation targets by now but it would not have given them the justification to print money and keep stock prices high. it's all by design folks.

I mean, of course we have and had inflation for well over 10-15 years if you include property prices but govts deliberately exclude it.
