Saw it from CAP thread, talking about MGT, there are some concerns, may contribute to the SP crash for the last few days.



MGT on theother hand had several deposits spaced apart so this leaves many logistical issuesto be solved. Selectively mining small portions of this will exaggerate thisissues. No matter if you mine a full deposit or 10% of it, if you need to haulit to the plant you need to build a road which will cost the same. Diggingseveral small holes is obviously also more complicated and requires much more planningwith a higher chance of things going wrong.

Anotherpoint with this selective mining is the actu up al mineable resource. If you aregoing to pick the nuggets, what are you doing with the rest? MGT was supposedto have a much bigger resource then CAP, however if you are going to selectivemine some of it (the portion of what they will selectively mine is whollyuncleair, another omission) what happens to the rest? The rest is obviously lessattractive to mine, so does it need to be taken off their resources? Is thisthe reason there is no clear indication about how to scale the mine? Or is itto be mined later at an undoubtable higher opex cost? Was it simply not takenaccount of in the PFS to keep the opex artificially low??

Either way,either their mineable resources are much smaller then assumed or their actualopex based on the full resource will be higher the stated in the PFS. Certainlyno win there.

All thisleads me to think no mining will happen here.
