Can you imagine the shareholder outcry if they sold any shares immediately pre-PFS or post-PFS? I’m not sure how much weight you can put on the fact they haven’t sold. The optics of doing so either before or after the PFS would have been dreadful.
If however, they had been buying post-PFS, that would/will be a more significant sign. Something to watch in the coming months - might be an indicator.
