this is a good question, and a matter of opinion.
I was of the opinion that the CR would be quite substantially over-subscribed, so I applied for whole entitlement, which I was already happy with, but when the market was trading at 0.011-0.012 I just topped up in the market. Also regarding the extra options I had to calculate how much I would need to exercise them upon expiry and that was also a factor, it would suck not to have the capital to exercise the options at bargain prices. Still, it wasn't an easy choice and perhaps I should have applied for more and not so worried about oversubscription, so good point.
