You're saying this as though Mark Eames, who was head of iron ore assets at glencore for ~5 years would have naively thought the price of iron would sit above $200US/t for the next 3 a bit years while they work on finding out if a magnetite project is feasible.
Mate, do me a favour and just take a second to ask yourself the following. "Do I objectively know more about the macro level exposure of a speccy magnetite explorer to the iron ore industry than a bloke thats been in major positions with large resource companies in the industry for the better part of 25 years?". I'm 99% confident the answer is a no. And on the 1% chance its a yes then you wouldnt be here writing in this thread telling a bunch of people about Iron ore. You'd be running a company.
