I do feel for those who held onto MGTOD options and are now facing losses... That said, considering we are fully funded for the DFS, having these options evaporate is not a bad thing. Why dilute our market cap with more shares if we do not need to? Offer new options to share holders post DFS if cash is required. Considering a complaint many have regarding MGT is the amount of shares on offer why create more if the funds are not required? Sometimes some people need to take the hit for the greater good....
