I wanted to talk more about oversubscription, leading into next week. I have only been in one oversubscribed initial share offering, and everyones requested share quantities were reduced by a fixed percentage and the excess capital returned. I also know that it is possible that the company can decide to increase the allocation (subject to shareholder approval) to meet the excess demand. Perhaps others in the forum have more experience with oversubscription and can comment further

Another point is that other than oversubscription generally being positive for the SP (sentiment/interest levels), it also means investors have capital returned to them that they wish to reinvest in MGT at these market prices. I am one of those people, so I imagine there will be others. For example, if I receive 60% of the volume I applied for, I will invest the capital returned to me on the market after the announcement. This is not advice, but purely my opinion on two things that may be positive for the share price next week. I am interested in thoughts, monday and tuesday should be very interesting.
