South east asia will be/ is already booming. A lot of companies are moving to south east asia from china due to a more stable and easier environment for foreign investment (at least you dont need to deal with an arrogant power tripped ccp government). Distance is closer to them than China. Huge population with booming cities and manufacturing will require a lot of iron ores. Huge opportunities for any industries in these countries.
