You might want to research that a little more - you are out by a factor of 10 on the option strike price. They will cost you $0.05 to convert (5c), not $0.005. So if you buy the option at $0.008 it will cost you $0.058 for a share, more than the current price. Check out the Magnetite website - there is a box in the bottom right with a form to fill in to convert the options, this mentions the $0.05 per share price.
