Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful is a Warren Buffett saying but remember Warren specialises in finding undervalued high quality companies which are profitable. I think he uses metrics like PE levels ect and that's the problem with penny stocks, how do you value them? How is the market valuing MGT at the moment? Present book value of the land, cash at bank?? something else?
