What I'm saying is it is extremely important that we bank the $5.65m plus, we are seeking under the current cap raise, to enable the Company to move forward with some confidence, especially as we shareholders have heard nothing as to how our J/V partner is going with its own $5m cap raise......all the funds sought being part of the PFS cost etc.

Even though $4m of the $5.65m is underwritten by the broker, IMO, if for some reason shareholders do not fully support the cap raise and there was to be a shortfall then the broker would be left holding the baby for the amount of the shortfall and there would likely be an overhang of shares as the broker recoups its portion of that amount - simple as that.

I've taken up my full entitlement and some more - some shareholders may not have ...we will know soon.
