I see the PFS (all PFS's should be, actually) as a worst case scenario for sophisticated users to analyze and to support progression to the DFS and the optimisation that occurs at this stage. It's not marketing material.

Unfortunately share price does not agree with sentiment
Otherwise this will be sitting over the 10cps mark
Yesterday’s price action can only certainly give bleak hope for a rise in price
and unfortunately it’s on the decline
