Why would they not complete capital rasing? The price has been pumped like crazy last few weeks. They have 800k in the bank. For the current holders who actually believe in the project wouldn't it be better to raise some capital to pay for the feasability studies and retain 100% ownership of the razorback project. Giving up 70% of the project for 20million seems foolish with the future prices/value some here are predicting as early as December.
