It doesn't have to get to a mine for a rerate. It just needs for the market to wake up to the economics of the project. Once we do get to a mine, it will be multiples of where we are at right now.
The market is forward looking. If you can pick up a slice of a huge cash generating business for a few cents in the dollar, why wouldn't you?
