The only real consensus I have arrived at with price forecasting - is that no one knows what the price will do and most of the ‘experts’ have got it wrong as to the ongoing strength of prices, the strong level of demand and lack of supply from countries other than Australia.
This project has plenty of margin, even when or if prices do drop, especially when you build in the premium.
