Look at it this way.... after CR is finished $5mill plus would have been raised at 1c, there's your support, considering its highs over the last couple weeks were around 2c that indicates your resistance levels
We are on the low end and as you can see by the volumes at 1c and 1.1c, it's ideal for entry considering the amount of support being raised due to CR, wait for the CR to all finish up and you will have $5mill worth of securities wanting to make a profit..... that's when you will see the rerate.
