Good question @Franciscus. Short answer - don’t know; I need to think about it more. Haven’t really looked into JV’s much to be honest.

Takeover: IMO, would likely have to come from a big player who wanted the resource and had the existing debt facilities (or the operating history to be able to issue large bonds) to push it through to production. Then it simply becomes a question of: what price do they pay for the resource? I guess that’s where NPV comes into things. Again, I’d need to research recent IO resource purchases/takeovers to say any more.
