I had a problem with computershares not accepting payments other than cheque yesterday.
When I contacted MGT, they told me the advice given by computershares was incorrect and since the hotline calls are answered by the overseas call centres, they seem to be not conveying the correct information. MGT actually preferred EFT payment like other normal person would, who does cheque these days?
