So what is the true in ground value of MGT's ore???
Thus far MGT has a JORC of nearly 4 BILLION TONNES of ore.
They have a massive tenement and I am sure this amount will increase with more drilling.
Now what is the true value of MGT's In-Situ ore.
Is it 0-01c/tonne?
Is it 50c/tonne?
Is it $1-00/Tonne?
Is it $5-00/tonne? or
Is it $17-00/tonne?
Now lets try and calculate what the market cap/share price would be for each level based on the In-Situ value per tonne ore.
At 0-01c/T x 4 billion tonnes = $400m value divided by 201m shares on issue? = 20c per share (current share price only 0-001c)
At 50c/T x 4billion tonnes = $2B value divided by 201m shares on issue? = $10 per share
At $1-00/T ????????????
At $5-00/T ???????????
At $17-00/T ????????
So is MGT's undervalued at its current share price??
One would have to seriously believe so IMO.
