You overlook the fact that it{BNGC) comes with a mill as well as resources and reserves plus it adjoins another developed site recently acquired from Newmont .I dont mean to disparage your suggestion of a takeover for MGV however there needs to be more disclosure/certainty about MGV's reserves and resources to determine its takeover value.
