Hi Spec. Not sure we can assume all the new holders in the 9s partook in the SPP?

With nearly all applications for $15k being met in full it may suggest a lot did not partake? Secondly we don't know how large some of the holdings are around the 9c level? Anyone who dived in for a few million would still be Underwater even with the SPP? There was reasonable volume around this time - I've not checked the day by day volume so could be talking garbage
