Thanks for your thoughts all. Much appreciated. I definitely know more now than before, and also have the added bonus of a few more seniors to follow. I believe comparable analysis to be a useful exercise, but only if it's comparable. Sadly, given I have 3 jobs and a 6yo daughter, time is quite poor for me to research as much as I'd like.
