The day started off slow with the buyers and sellers fairly even. Volume remained very low during the day but the the sellers soon took control and pushed the price up in the afternoon session despite the low volume. Technically the bounce should see it take out the previous high of .83 . Fundamentally it's showing signs of an announcement. either way there's a strong upward bias.
