at the moment, i think mg should have the same competitive advantage as bga and suputo.mg have a 350m loan facility in place for the takeover so if they only use 171 m or 180 knockout punch to gain 18 million shares for control its still a cheaper option to digest in the short term.any way in the near term this will be,is history.
