think you'll find the chinese acting in concert will again try to get board representation as they have recently.
from there.. game on. Timing is the only issue.. while the delays are frustrating they just push back the time someone needs to act by, by months not years.
getting access to the cashflow is the immediate interest
dont rule out someone like FMG sniffing around again either..
if luke cant get this producing quickly then likely only hastens action from one of those parties heavily invested.
