anyone noticed that Asia Iron Holdings Ltd owns 19m shares in MGX (as per last annual report) - MGX will soon move to 80% of Asia Iron Holdings Ltd - this means that effectively MGX owns 80% of 19m shares in itself ... any comments from anyone on implications ??? If 100% is obtained are the required to be cancelled ? Similar to buyback?? Any financial accountants out there!!
