Good to see you again Tcb. I'm not betting on any insurance payout. With close to $400 mill estimated cash including tax refunds this is a bargain on its own right now.
IMO what would really put a rocket under the SP would be an announcement that they will NOT re-open Kaloon Island. This would put to be once and for all any notion of paying to restart a loss making operation.
In my eyes I/O price up or down, its win win for MGX. I/O goes back up to $100, we re-open Kaloon Island and make money from it again. I/O stays put or drifts lower and we keep Kaloon Island closed and take our bag of cash and spend it on better projects.
Think about it.
