FEX is a great stock IMHO low cost with the distribution logistics business Newhaul. MGX if they exercise their well ITM options (todays FEX price 36.5c) will have just under 12% of FEX so will share in the upside of Shine where their costs were too high for the low 58% FE mine, but where FEX can extract the value. Markets simply don't like large cash piles and the uncertainty that goes with what acquisitions will be made. I have both with FEX a number of years now. That said valuing MGX like a SPAC seems harsh. MGX will see some resistance around 43c until that clears before a leg higher. Only a few weeks until the quarterly.
