So my guess is that anyone who requires dividends to invest has already sold out long ago. There will be some who will buy back in on the promise of dividends in Aug, so that’ll start the uptrend, but the big money won’t flow back in until one is actually paid. Since the market is forward-looking, my gut tells me it’s beginning to happen now, but I could be wrong because I’ve been thinking it’ll happen any time for many months now.
