Shaw is good with finding undervalued companies, but woeful when looking at a sell price.
They recommended BSG at less than 30c but recommended to sell over $1 (from memory). They then changed their minds at $1.5-$2 ??? and said buy.
They recommended SRL early on (<$2.5) but said to sell at about $3.7.
There are a few others that I can't think of at the moment. And yes, I am a client of shaw.
I am holding MGX as I think there will be further consolidation in the sector.
