I rang the company to get clarification about this. Yes most of the shares PC disposed went to family ... although he has also sold some on-market recently. Basically, it is unlikely that he will sell much of his holding from what I can gather.

I also got a better perspective about the relationship between the new board member and Sol Millennium. It is a fairly clean transition. Robert Krakowiak was working for SM but severed his ties with them prior to the signing of the agreement. It seems he was the main driver to get SM to adopt the BCD. His specialty is marketing.

It is also the case that RK sought the position on the board of MGZ. MGZ discussed his appointment with SM prior to the event, all good and everybody is happy. Peter Clark gave as one of his main reasons to leave the Co mainly that his skills are around 'startups'. RK is likely to be the right kind of person to take the Co further.

The relationship between SM and MGZ seems robust and healthy.
