Yes Chuck they were. They had two broking houses produce reports with a view to raising capital from institutional and sophisticated. That didnt succeed and we got the La Jolla deal which is simply not a great outcome for shareholders.
The SPP raised a meagre 1.4 million. A company with 1000 shareholders could raise 15 million in a SPP were all the investors to take up their rights. I heard somewhere that QHL has 3000 shareholders! Very few holders participated and only 3 of 8 directors did!
The share price is now 26 cents! There is one positive with this. It is 2 cents below the floor price struck with La Jolla!
